I had a raid controller with the part number
e-g900-02-4051, google suggested "hannstar" but they didn't have any info.

The card boots LSI, but again, no real info.

Inside the raid controller's setup is a way to find more information about the adapter, specifically the exact type and version running.
-In my case it was control+m during bios. The information menu, and then the adapter choice in the following submenu..
